Commander Joseph R. Fontenot, (R), and Mr. Bartlet, Principal of Alice Boucher Elementary School, congratulate 5th grade students Quincy Damon and Dashantra Chavis. The students won new bicycles provided by the Sons of the American Legion Squadron 69 and Project Incentive. A total of six students won bicycles.
